Reach out to a close friend or loved one.
Contact your doctor, other health care provider or mental health specialist.
Suicidal thinking doesn't get better on its own — so get help.
If your loved one has done self-harm or is seriously considering doing so, take the person to the hospital or call for emergency help. Never take a person non-seriously who is thinking to harm him/herself.

Treatment Methodology:

Our treatment recognizes a simple truth: all of us exist as mind, body, spirit, and emotions. only when the whole person is healed—not just the symptoms, then the underlying problems—can recovery begin.

it defines disease as a dysfunctional state with characteristic form, whether that form is a mental health condition, addiction, or a physical problem.every program we offer is shaped by the philosophy of the comprehensive model. because it is designed to treat the whole person, patients learn to understand underlying causes of emotional and behavioral disorders and recognize how to avoid subsequent addictions and dependencies during the recovery process. this prepares them for the challenge of staying healthy once treatment ends.
our treatment model also emphasizes the involvement and treatment of family members during the patient's treatment. as a valuable component, each patient's family is brought into the treatment process. family members participate in a number of shared experiences with the patient, including intensive feelings work, communication skills, and integration of family issues into the treatment process. during this time of education and healing, families come to understand that recovery is, indeed, a lifelong process.
Our treatment model follow the Faith and beliefs of all individual to remove different kind of myths regarding mental and personality disorders.

Recognition of mental and Personality disorder in Islam;Narrated 'Ata bin Abi Rabah:ibn 'Abbas said to me, "Shall I show you a woman of the people of Paradise?" I said, "Yes." He said, "This black lady came to the Prophet and said, 'I get attacks of epilepsy and my body becomes uncovered; please invoke Allah for me.' The Prophet said (to her), 'If you wish, be patient and you will have (enter) Paradise; and if you wish, I will invoke Allah to cure you.' She said, 'I will remain patient,' and added, 'but I become uncovered, so please invoke Allah for me that I may not become uncovered.' So he invoked Allah for her." [Sahih Bukhari, Volume 7, Book 70, Number 555]
The prophet didn't attempt to help her through exorcism, he prayed for her, this means that Islam recognizes mental and personality disorders/ illnesses and there is a distinction between them and possession, good Muslim exorcists are able to distinguish between them and refer patients to mental health facility rather than attempting to perform exorcism
