ARTIST’S STATEMENT
In a split of a second of a long, dreary, August afternoon, 1997, I misplaced all my means of communication - my memory, my vocabulary, my voice and my studies. I took asylum in photography as my medium to communicate to the outside world. Now, many seasons have passed - many people have come and go from my life but photography remains “my only companion” in a long winding and un-winding journey of life, through which I have travelled in the past fourteen years.
