Institute of leadership education and development is based on a bunch of enigmatic members which are working in the arena of social activism with the emotional passion on the pastureland of humanity, peace, education, health, environment, culture, juvenile, gender partialism, skill and confidence building, prevention of extremism, transgender, career counseling, disaster rehabilitation, law/justice and counter terrorism.
ILEAD have proficient and competent members which are Law graduates, Doctors, Engineers, MBAs, HR specialist, Finance specialist, chartered accountants, social workers and many other professionals, which are functioning for the establishment and development of the society.
Our capital motto and mission is to acknowledge humanitarian actions, amongst the left behind masses, and to determine the frequent adversities of the society and reconcile the situation.
Our sophisticated and efficient member’s of ILEAD has started working in balochistan with optimum crew struggle and functioning from the beginning of 2014. The crew members and representatives have great exposure and sensibility on to the issues emerging from the province and state as well. The crew members have the passion and enthusiasm towards delivering the best action in the establishment of state as well as province.
Institute of leadership education and development has to indorse a sober environment to the ruined masses of Balochistan to cause an uprising society, and also to acknowledge the masses to their fundamental right under the constitution of Pakistan. We are very serious and deliberate towards the humanitarian actions so that the masses have their active vision
