Founded on July 01, 1974 and started functioning in 1975. This institute is established for providing college education to the students of Dera Bugti Agency both Boys and Girls. The current building was built and handed over in 1984. The institute is providing college education since its establishment. It has a mix story of success and static regarding education although upgraded to degree level in April 2012.
