Flight Dynamics & Controls Center - FlyCon 2.73

Flight Dynamics & Control Center (FlyCon) at Institute of Space Technology, Islamabad, is being developed to support academic research activities related to flight dynamics and control. It has already contributed to the assessment of designs of UAVs and has assisted in flight dynamics matters related to crash investigations of aircraft and helicopters. It is also striving to give an open platform for the study of rotorcraft dynamics and associated issues.

Dr. Jamshed Riaz is a Ph.D. in Aerospace Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, USA. He was a member of the design team that won the McDonnel Douglas Aircraft sponsored a contest for the design of a light utility helicopter. He is also a recipient of President’s Award for Pride of Performance. He is the Founder and Director of Flight Dynamics and Control Center.
