Dab Stud Farm named on village DAB located in district Chakwal. because owners of stud farm belong to this village Dab. Mostly people of village are Rajputs, Khokhar & Jat who has given the village its name Dab. Hero of village Dab was Khudadad Khan VC , he was the first South Asian recipient of the Victoria Cross (the highest military award).
Stud has two branches (Dab Stud,Kasowal & Dab Stud,Satiana) old stud was founded in 1982 by Chaudhary Jawaid Iqbal Dab in Chak # 116/12 L, Kasowal. and new branch was founded in 2007 by Raja Muhammad Afzal in Chak # 89 GB,Satiana. This page is representing Satiana branch.
