We know that about 70 % population of Pakistan lives in underdeveloped rural areas where medical facilities are either non-existent or scarce. The Govt. cannot afford to allocate more budgets to rural health sector. So, for life saving treatment, emergency cases and seriously ill patients are compelled to tarsal to cities quite away from their villages. Despite heavy expenditure, the poor patients mostly die en-route during journey.
