Avant Garde is founded by two like-minded business people from different, but complementary backgrounds. Waqar Ali is a property developer and building contractor with a wealth of experience in construction, designing, sourcing and understanding of latest developments in building materials. The other Waqas Saeed is a highly successful merchandiser whose creations used to fill the shelves of many high street stores. He had 25 years experience of heading a team of fashion/lifestyle experts & project managers with elaborate understanding of international market trends
Over the past decade Avant Garde has emerged as one of the most respected general contracting firms in Lahore. Again and again, in the arena of commercial and residential construction, we have proven our ability to take on complex projects and complete them on time, on budget, and at the highest levels of quality.
Avant Garde is a design build firm that roots itself in an integrated design team process. We become involved with our clients and the projects at the very earliest stage. We want and need to be a part of the initial meetings so that the entire team of architect, builder, and most importantly the client all are on the same page with the goals of the project and the motivations the clients have in building a new home. We do not believe that projects realize their full potential if they are builder led or architect led. Rather a project must have a true integrated design team in order to achieve the goals of the project, and ensure the ultimate satisfaction of the client.
Design / Build. We offer a design / build package that gives a client a simplistic way to have a once source of accountability based contract for both the architectural and the building phases of the project with complete integration.

If you already have an architect you want to work with, we can round out your integrated team. We work with you and your architect and provide our expertise in construction, selection and sourcing of building material, interior designing and finishing.
