Viridian in Greenhills 4.38

The Viridian Tower will rise 53-stories into the skyline of Manila and its iconic massing and design will become the “crown jewel” of Greenhills. The Viridian will bring together the essence of Greenhills and its immediate locale.

Within the overall Greenhillls Master Plan, the site for the Viridian Tower is located in the Northeast sector at the corner of Connecticut and Missouri Streets. This location is ideal for a residential complex as it is still within the Greenhills Shopping Center so the residents will have complete access to all of its features and amenities, yet the site is located on the periphery of Greenhills enough to feel like a more private residential community.

Design of the tower units are maximized not only for the best views of Wack-Wack Golf & Country Club, Manila skyline and mountain ranges but also for solar orientation. Units facing the Western and Southern side, where the harshest heat conditions occur have been designed to have recessed balconies or sun shading fins to help mitigate the heat impact. The units facing the Northern and Eastern side have more glazing to maximize the views.
