BISHOP RAMON C. TUTOR’s BIOGRAPHY

. He was born last April 29, 1964 at Lambayong, Tupi, South Cotabato. He is the second child of Mr. & Mrs. Zacarias Tutor Sr. He is born in a Christian family. Their first church was under the banner of the Fisrt Assemblies of God Church .
On his elementary years , he spent it in Agusan del Sur where his parents had transferred their residency. Then he continued his elementary grade here in Butuan city where they transferred again after some years. During his first and second year in high school, he was able to spent it in Cagayan de oro city . and then his third and fourth year is again spended here in Butuan city where he finished his high school.
Being born and raised in a Christian family, his love for the ministry started at his young age. On 1984 he saw a vision of God in a cross. Then later that year the second vision , he saw one of the mountains of Butuan City, Mt. Mayapay where these words are being written … “JESUS IS COMING VERY SOON”. God’s calling for him is through a vision. On year 1985 the burden of the ministry kindled in him and in November 24,1985 he decided to be baptized in water.
One month after, he started a campus ministry. He was under the supervision of the FULL GOSPEL NATIVE MISSIONARY, INC. and in six months time, he was issued a licensed being the associate pastor of the said church. He was there in that ministry for two years. Then he decided to enroll at NMBS- Northern Mindanao Bible School. After five months of his studies, he got sick that it lasted for 7 months. Due to his condition he was forced to stop his studies. His lung condition got worsen where ¾ of it were being rotten.. It was a severe condition he has. Between life and death he made a prayer with vow to the Lord. He prayed to God to heal him , he would leave all his commitments and he will give full of his time to the ministry. He will go and do the works that God called for him to do. That’s when he traveled to Bohol and started his own ministry.
While on the ministry, he also involved himself in trainings for him to be equipped more and be more useful in the ministry. He got trainings from Living Springs International and Faith tech.
August 29, 1988 he got married to MERIAM GUANZON TUTOR. The ministry goes on. Within that year he was into many different ministries such as evangelism, crusades, campus ministry , jail ministry, hospital, island and tribal ministry but the difference is that he was with a helpmate already, his wife Meriam. After a year of being a couple they were blessed with a daughter.
In September 29, 1989 they decided to go back to Butuan city to attend a seminar. The revelations of God to him continued. He audibly hear God’s voice telling him ‘AYAW KAHADLOK UG AYAW KABALAKA KAY AKO NAGTAWAG UG NAGSUGO KANIMO” meaning God told him not to fear and to worry for He is the Lord who had chosen and called him .
He continued to engage himself in trainings with the INTERNATIONAL CORRESPONDENCE INSTITUTE and in CENTER FOR CHRISTIAN LEADERSHIP. He attended different seminars. Grabbing all the opportunities that knocks his door for him to become a better minister.
Because of the constant revelations, visions God gave him, plus the prophecy that was revealed to him by Rev. Mike Billy last 1989 that he will become a Pastor of many Pastors he decided to stay here in barangay Ambago, Butuan City and started the ministry here last October 3, 1989. And on October 15, 1989 the first church service begun here with only a couple and his family under the banner of BACMI – Born Again Christian Ministries, Inc. under the headship of Bishop Vic Porras . In 1995 he was commissioned by God to GO TO ALL PENTECOSTAL CHURCHES . For 12 long years he was under BACMI but the need for the work to GO pushed him to ask permission on the year 1998 to separate and he humbly ask for Bishop Vic Porras approval for him to register his own. He felt in his heart that he is called to GO . His life is really for the Mission. After 3 years of waiting for the approval, he was granted the separation in the year 2001. This was also the time when the MESSIAH REVIVAL EVANGELISTIC MISSION, INC was being born, December 14, 2001.
Together with his wife Meriam they work hand in hand in the ministry, setting aside personal desires and dreams just to follow what the Lord had commissioned him to do . They started nothing but only the word of God that says GO. Since then, the fire that keeps burning to reached the unreached continues until today. Until finally they were able to plant churches, discipled many pastors, workers, leaders and missionaries by the grace of God almighty.
The BTT or The Blow the Trumpet seminar which is one of the major event of the MREMI started last 2008, although it was being revealed by God to Bishop Ramon Tutor in the year 1995 to go to all Pentecostal churches. Because of lack of knowledge on what to do and how to start , he doubt himself. He ask God for 10 years extension to get prepared. After 10 years still doubting himself, until finally on the year 2008 he decided to go for that particular task. To go to places and gather the ministers in one place for a seminar all for free is not an easy task, but as God guides, He also provides. The BTT has just finished its last seminar in Cebu, counting it as the 69th Pentecostal church being ministered.
The MREMI is currently counting 38 active churches (fellowshipping), 27 licensed pastors , workers and missionaries. All of them are practicing it’s Faith in Christ Jesus.
The life of Bishop Ramon Tutor is a life that counts nothing to himself but all is for the glory of the one who created him.
