Tamarind Bar and Restaurant is located at the beachfront of Sabang Bay. Since 1981, when we established, this has been a cozy, intimate and perfect place for an after-diving get-together, or for meeting other guests and vacationers of Puerto Galera.

We take pride in our best selling and all time favorite local dishes, including its very own spare ribs, marinated in delicious honey spices, and its Filipino beef steak, seasoned in soy sauce, garlic and calamanci juice.

The bar area is known to serve the best, tropical and refreshing cocktails such as the frozen margarita, fruit daquiri, Irish coffee and mojito.
