Subic House with Swimming Pool 3.57

A Occupancy / Terms of Payment
1 Maximum occupants for the entire house is 32 pax
2 In excess of the 32 pax, a P500 per head will be charged for ages seven (7) and above
3 50% (non-refundable) cash down payment must be paid upon reservation and full cash payment must be paid 2 days before the event
4 No 50% down payment, no confirmed reservations
5 In case of cancellation or NO SHOW, 50% down payment shall be forfeited

B House Maintenance
1 Smoking is not allowed inside the house
2 Garbage must be properly disposed in trash bins
3 Only beddings shall be provided

C Swimming Pool
1 No smoking beside the pool
2 No eating and drinking beside the pool
3 Proper swimming outfits: bathing suits for women and swimming trunks or shorts (not basketball) for men

D Breakage / Damage to property
1 The entire place must be treated with utmost care.
2 Any breakage shall be subject to payment or repair depending on the value or cost of damage

E Kitchen
1 Use of utensils is allowed
2 Any breakage is subject to D.2 condition
3 LPG tank is always maintained as full. Should the tenant consumes the load, 50% shall be charged on top of the original billing

F House Rules
1 Excessive noise must be minimized and in no way be allowed beyond 10 PM to avoid neighborhood complaint
2 Loitering is strictly prohibited as the house is located in a private residential subdivision
3 Excessive intoxication (alcoholic beverages), use of illegal drugs and any form of violence are strictly prohibited


*The management reserves the right to eject the guest from the house due to violation of house rules
*The management further reserves the right to seek assistance from authorities as necessary
