I want to book in Saddleback Haven. How do I get started?

RATES, BOOKINGS, INQUIRIES:

BOOKING PROCESS:
1st: Guest inquires
2nd: We send quotation & menu
3rd: Guest confirms booking details & food choices by signing the quotation.
4th: Guest pays 50% downpayment before booking date.
5th: Prepare to enjoy your booking!


THINGS TO DO:
Rest & Relaxation
Horseback Riding
Dip in the stream with cold mountain spring water beside the property.
Zipline, Zorb ball, Canopy Walk (in Sun Ridge park beside us - also to be booked in advance. We can arrange bookings for you.)

SITE VISITS: Call us first.
Contact us first before you visit to check the place.
We do not readily allow guests to enter Saddleback Haven without a confirmation from our office allowing your entry for a site visit to see if the place is fit for your event.

WALK-IN GUESTS: Not Allowed.
We do not allow guests who just walk in to avail of the place. All guests should book with us 7 days in advance.

OVERNIGHT STAY:
Check IN: 2pm | Check OUT: 12noon
With free breakfast
No minimum number of guests required.
Standard capacity of villa: 20 guests
You may order all your food with us.
You may also bring your own food, but with cooking fee of P120/guest/meal time.

DAY TOUR:
Lunch Buffet
Minimum of 20 guests (or you can pay good for 20 guests if you do not reach a physical count of 20.)
Sorry, we cannot accommodate very small bookings since we are a private vacation home - not a resort.

PHOTO SHOOTS / PRENUP SHOOTS:
You can enjoy a private photo shoot session in Saddleback Haven for 1 whole day (8 hours). Just call us for inquiries.

ORDERS OF SPECIAL ITEMS:
If you wish to have special drinks (wine, liquor, etc.) or special food items not included in our menu (lechon, kare-kare, etc.), you may inform us ahead of time so we can procure such items for you with a reasonable price.

CORKAGE:
All special food items brought in declared or undeclared will be charged with corkage.

BAR MENU:
We usually have local beer and basic red/white wine in stock. However, we would appreciate if you can inform us your plans to avail such items so we can prepare what's best.
