Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Project 2.01

The Project is the establishment of water facilities (Level I, Level II, Level III and Rainwater Catchments) in target communities especially in the far-flung and depressed areas of the Province of Iloilo. Piped water systems will be managed by the registered organization called the Barangay Water and Sanitation Association. They will be assisted through a series of trainings in order for them to be able to effectively manage, maintain, operate and own the system. Rainwater catchments will be promoted to Barangays where ther is no water source that can be tapped. Instead, a rainwater catchment will be established for every home
