2) The courier LBC is the ones responsible for delays of shipping and damages of the item. I assure that the items are in good condition before shipping them so there's no reason to blame me for defects. Once I gave you the tracking number, just track them online. Don't tell me that your orders haven't arrived yet because once I had them shipped, it's already the couriers responsiblity, not mine.

It is important for you buyers to pay punctually, ON THE PROMISED DAY AND TIME. Failing to comply causes too much delays. My residence is far away from the couriers areas like LBC, JRS and AIR21. So I prefer shipping all orders on a specified day all at the same time so that there will be no wasted time and efforts. You only pay for the shipping fee, not my fare or even my gas so please bear with me. :)
