NJ's Sizzling & Catering Services was brought into existence by the untiring efforts of the owners, Mr. & Mrs. Neil Anthony Sarmiento. Mr. Sarmiento, a full blooded Zambaleno, who brought with him a vast wealth of experiences in the line of Food & Beverage as he worked for US Military Camp in Camp Lemonier, Djibouti, Africa for six consecutive years as Food Service Associate. Serving thousands of Navy & Marines everyday. With the enormous experiences, skills and ideas, he positively builds his own name in the Catering business bringing with him a shining armor - Customer Satisfaction & Service Standard.
