New Esperanza Elementary School 3.32

New Esperanza Elementary School is located at Sitio San Miguel, Purok 1, Brgy. New Esperanza, 9402 Mlang, North Cotabato. The school was one of the oldest schools across Mlang East District and had a long history of tradition and excellence.

The school housed:

* 8 classrooms with comfort rooms
* 1 office building
* a separate toilet
* a covered court
* playground
* faucets and water reservoir
* Science garden
* Herbal garden
* Gulayan sa Paaralan
* waiting sheds
* parking space

The school is equipped with computers and printers, laptops, and projectors. The school also implements K-12 program of Department of Education.

The School Grounds

The grounds contain a covered court with stage to hold various activities of the school. The grassy part of the grounds can also be used by pupils for extra-curricular activities and alternatively served as parking space.

The School and Its Pupils

The school serves 172 pupils. The Staff consists of 6 classroom teachers and 1 principal.

The School Community and Communication

Our school strongly supports both school and community events by participating, volunteering, and donating.

Some programs like blood letting of Philippine Red Cross is regularly held in the school. Feeding programs are also part of our school activities.

We communicate with our community in a variety of ways that include:

* PTA meetings
* Parent notes and invitations
* Phone calls and SMS
* Classroom curriculum updates

The School Environment

The school accepts the challenge given to us by our parents, guardians, and school administrators. The school also adheres to programs implemented by the Department of Education.

In terms of our safety, all members of our staff are equipped with knowledge and training to handle emergency cases.

The school is also adjacent to Barangay Hall and clinic. As emergency situations arise; help is on our way.
