In 1988, Merle S. Alferez, a school teacher with a passion for math, started giving one-on-one tutorials in her home, not knowing that she had set a vision and was starting off on a mission. Those quiet but thorough tutoring sessions led to MSA Academic Advancement Institute.

MSA Academic Advancement Institute started it all and institutionalized it in the country, being the pioneer and leader in the tutorial and review industry, takes this as a responsibility to always provide unparalleled academic assistance programs, up-to-date publications, for the ultimate satisfaction of the students and parents.
