Cancellation Policy - SPECIAL ORDER ONLY. WE BEGIN PROCESSING YOUR ORDER AS SOON AS YOU PLACE IT. FOR THIS REASON, ORDERS CANNOT BE CHANGED OR CANCELLED ONCE THEY ARE PLACED. WE WILL CHARGE YOU A CANCELLATION FEE UP TO 25%. YOU WILL RECEIVE A PHONE or E-MAIL CONFIRMATION AS SOON AS WE HAVE YOUR ORDER READY FOR PICK-UP. ALL special order must be paid in advance.
Occasionally errors in the catalog and/or pricing may occur, in the event of a price increase we will contact you prior to processing your order.
Over-sized boxes will cost more to deliver. We reserve the right to request more freight in order to ship your order.
Return Policy
• No returns on Electrical Parts, Decals, Marks, Screws, Washers, Fasteners, Chemicals, Emblems, Special Tools and Special order.
• All other returns subject to a 20% restock fee after 5 days
• All returns must be in original packaging.
• All returns must have a return authorization receipt #.
*BATTERIES ARE TO BE PICK UP BY THE BUYERS ONLY UNLESS OTHER PERSONNEL WERE GIVEN AN AUTHORIZATION TO PICK UP.
* ALL PARTS NOT INSTALLED BY A LICENSED AND AUTHORIZED REPAIR FACILITY ARE NON- WARRANTABLE
Wrong part received: If any part ordered is incorrect due to an error on our behalf, please send it back to us within 3 days of your purchase and it will be corrected. Be sure to include a note with name and daytime contact number so we may call to straighten things out. please include your receipt for confirmation that parts was bought in our store.
If a part is wrong due to a customer mistake, that's ok but it will be subject to a 20% restock fee and must be new with original resalable packaging Nothing over 5 days old. Additional delivery fee will need to be charged as well if we need to send out another part. All returns require an RPN#(Return Purchase Number) and must be returned in original packaging.
