****As per directive from the property management team, certain amenities at the Flair Tower can be used with charge (Gym-P100/day, function rooms-upon request, basketball court-P200/hour) while some can be used for free such as the swimming pool (for guests staying at least 3 nights), the roof deck (ahhh! The lounges are cool at night), the playground and the park.
