Reservations, Bookings and Cancellations:
1. For reservations, we require 50% downpayment per room in cash, remittance or bank deposit to the following account: Landbank Account Name: June S. Samano; Account Number: 1066013614. If payment is made via bank deposit or remittance, please send a picture of the deposit slip or remittance receipt via a private message to our Facebook account.
2. Check-in time is at P1:30 PM. Check-out time is at 12:00 NN. Please present a government-issued valid ID and deposit slip / remittance receipt as proof of downpayment upon checking-in.
3. Guests may be allowed to check-in earlier than the prescribed check-in time, subject to room availability.
4. Changes in Booking Details
a. All changes on your booking details (e.g., date/s, number of persons) must be made at least 72 hours (3 days) before your scheduled check-in date.
b. Reservation fee is non-refundable. Re-scheduling of booking is subject to room availability with 1 week prior notice/confirmation required.
