A private beach property located in barangay Dadatan on Talikud Island, adjacent to the larger Samal Island. It is situated in the northern portion of Talikud, some 6kms (15mins) from the Talikud’s main center of Sta. Cruz.
The property comprises of a Central hut which has an open deck overlooking the gardens and down to the waterfront. In addition to being the focal point for entertaining, it has 3 bedrooms (2 upstairs above the deck) and can accommodate 8-10 people. There is a separate ablution block with 2 toilet/showers. Cooking is carried out in a separate, fully equipped kitchen block just a few meters away from the Central hut. In addition to the main complex but situated a discreet 30 meters away is the Lower cottage with 2 bedrooms with ensuite toilet/showers which can accommodate up to 6 people. This configuration makes it an ideal destination for family reunions and group outings of up to 16 people.
Rates per day are a minimum of P5,000 per day for up to 10 people. Beyond 10 people, the fee is P500 per person per day. These rates are for the exclusive use of the entire beach property. Meals are optional and may be provided at P1,200 per person per day for 4 meals covering lunch and dinner on the day of arrival and breakfast and lunch for the day of departure. Otherwise, guests may provide for their own food. There are 2 refrigerators available, a gas stove, barbecue area and complete dining utensils.
