Cebu International School - CIS 5.23

The unique difference of CIS from other schools in Cebu and the wider Visayas-Mindanao region is that it is the only internationally accredited school, and the only one that offers the IB Diploma. CIS was subsequently awarded PYP candidate school status in June 2011 and is working towards PYP authorization in SY 2013-2014.

Cebu International School is the only school in the Philippines with accreditation awarded from three different accrediting organizations: Council of International Schools (CIS), Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) and the Philippines Accrediting Association for Schools, Colleges and Universities (PAASCU).

The school serves a broad-based community that includes both Filipino citizens and expatriates who wish to have their children return to their home country and/or pursue university studies abroad. A small number of our students also seek entry to the best universities in the Philippines.
