*preloved doesnt mean its all the time used. Some are just previously owned but not necessarily its used.

*the condition of the item is usually specified in my pictures (im using all my resources to have a good and a clearer picture of the actual item) and We are always and with all honesty describe the item.
Good as new - used maybe once or twice with almost the same as the new.
Euc - excellent used condition
- used but not abused.
Flaws: all flaws are posted we dont what a disappointed customer although we knew that we cannot pleased everyone but as much as possible customer's satisfaction is our priority.
