Mildred F. Ruallo is the author of these learning materials in Reading. She was a kinder and grade one teacher from both public and private schools for 14 years. Also a Reading teacher for 23 years. She was a resource speaker during the 2006 (DepEd CALABARZON) Regional Training on Re-tooling School Heads and Teacher's Capabilities in Teaching Beginning Reading held at Sto. Tomas, Batangas on May 23-25, 2006 and District training on Sounds for Beginning Reading held at Dasmariñas City, Cavite on July 10-14, 2006

She is an editor of various preschool and elementary books.
She has written over 58 books of various levels.
She does consultancy work in K to 12 Basic Education Curriculum and Teaching Beginning Reading for some schools and publishing.
