- FREE Use of the swimming pool, if there are more than 3 persons then P100/head
- No corkage for bringing FOOD & DRINKS
- FREE use of other amenities like badminton/volleyball court, gym, Pool house, first come first serve basis.
- FREE PARKING
- CONDO UNIT HAS a balcony overlooking the sea and pool
- The bedrooms and Living room are equipped with Samsung 32" LED TV.
- The main bedroom has an adjacent Bathroom, a double bed, cabinet and mirrors (please see pictures for your perusal)
- The lIving room (adjacent to the kitchen) has a sofa/lounge that can be transformed into a bed, dining table&chairs,LCD tv, fridge, microwave oven,induction cooker, rice cooker, electric kettle,plates, spoons, forks, glasses, mugs, coffee, towel,basic kitchen/cooking utensils,towels,etc

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking inside the condominium (Php 1,000.00 penalty), there is a designated smoking area at the balcony.
- Avoid excessive noise after 11pm as we have neighbors.
- Please dispose of your garbage properly
- Please switch off the lights, A/C unit and water every time you go out or if ever you don't need it (let us save mother earth :) ).
- Always unplug the the rice cooker and induction cooker every after use to ensure safety and avoid unnecessary accidents.
- If your stay is longer than a few days, please keep the place clean and tidy. Always arrange the furniture the way it was when you checked in to avoid losses or breakage. If there are stains on the linen, bed sheets, curtains, and etc.,we will be deducting the cost of cleaning or if the damage is irreversible the cost to the security deposit.
- Damages or loss of property, should there be any, will be charged against your Security Deposit.
- Lost Key penalty P1,000.00

- The unit has a very captivating view of Cebu City especially at night.
- Tourist attractions like the Lapu-Lapu shrine is just a few KM away.
- 5 star hotels are also very near
- The place is very quiet at night so feel free to relax and unwind and let go of your worries.
