Competing in the ring is one of the biggest mental and physical challenges in sport. The dynamic way in which fighters prepare for a fight along with quality nutrition is one of the fastest ways to get into peak physical shape. Fighters have lean, well-conditioned bodies, they are mentally and physically strong and have the heart and passion to win at all costs.

Dan has many years of experience as a fighter and Qualified Personal Trainer. He has eliminated the intimidating aspect of fighting with no contact and low impact options so that anyone can experience the great benefits that Boxing/Thai Boxing mixed with strength and conditioning can deliver.

Classes include a dynamic warm up, boxing, knee strikes, circuits and heavy bag work, mitt work, body weight exercises and a strength and conditioning section. You will finish your workout with core exercises and a yoga-inspired cool down.
