The views from the property are "magical" in any season, with an expansive garden full of bloom in spring and golden autumn leaves in fall, and occasionally we get a snow fall in winter that makes it look like a fairy land. The property is set up to be warm and inviting in any season, with underfloor heating throughout, and massive solar gain in winter, as well as a 32degree swimming pool and a 39 degree hot tub.

Walk down through the garden to the water edge in summer, this is a remarkable all year round playground. Great location close to the airport, Remarkables ski field and Frankton shopping centre, but away from the noise and congestion of downtown Queenstown.

Fully equipped as a comfortable family home located in a quiet cul-de- sac. It is extremely private, being set forward of neighbours on the west, with a reserve on the east, and no one in front. Has just been lavished with luxurious new carpet throughout, and a new luxury king bed in the master bedroom. Has two IMac computers and Broadband. Comes with friendly cat.

The owner retains private use of the garage and the original crib, which set back from the main house and has its own entrance (you do not even notice its there). It is possible to rent the 2 bedroom crib in addition to the main house (5 bedrooms 10 pax in total). Only on special request. It is not ever rented separately.
