Facilities: Here at CrossFit Ruark we provide brand new facilities including spic & span equipment from Industrial Athletic and also a very spacious room. 2 mens showers 2 womens showers 1 toilet each and also a paraplegic toilet & shower. Not to mention plenty of car parking, beautiful running track & river surroundings with a big rugby field behind the box.

Coaching: Here at CrossFit Ruark we make sure we give you nothing but the best service & quality coaching from professional coaches who care about you and your health & fitness goals. Our programs are designed to suit any individual whether they're experienced in CrossFit or an elderly person with a hip replacement.
