My name is Rachel Abbott and this business is named after my Mum (Michelle May Abbott) who passed away when I was 13. Her passion for food and people has always inspired and motivated me to follow in her footsteps.

I am a qualified Chef who has had a wide range of experience from Larder and Patisserie Chef of a fine dining restaurant to Sous Chef of a bulk cooking company. I have a huge passion for cakes and thrive on the honour and excitement of being able to share in people's celebrations no matter what the occasion.

I generally tend to charge less than my competitors but please do not hesitate to enquire about the possibility of me matching or beating other quotes you have been given.
