In the first year of sales as an agent with Gillies Realty Limited - Professionals, Marc Grantham had successfully sold $7.9 Million in property and achieved ‘Millionaire Club’ status. Within in his second year, Marc achieved a monthly record of residential property sales of $2.6 Million in one month.

Marc is a successful, dedicated and outcomes driven person who approaches business and personal life with an equality of enthusiasm, passion and dedication. He possesses a great sense of humour and a quick-wit. He is an empathetic, tolerant and honest communicator who will always consider the opinion of others with a balance of integrity and reasoning.

In 2015, having attended a Real Estate Institute of New Zealand (REINZ) accredited Auctioneering course, Marc is able to offer an additional service to his vendors, both as their exclusive Salesperson and also as their Auctioneer. Today Marc is the sole in-house Auctioneer for Professionals, Gillies and Mark Reality Limited.

Marc brings with him the skillset of several years of Managerial, Sales, Negotiation and Marketing with Customer Relations Management experience which he has integrated into his Real Estate career in order to offer optimal performance and results delivery. Marc prides himself on being able to build professional working relationships and is dedicated to helping his clients and colleagues alike.

Marc is an ex South African who immigrated to New Zealand with his wife Chándris and their daughter. Now, with the addition of a kiwi son, future All Black and Springbok clashes are bound to be interesting in their household.
