Lindsay Farm Dairy 3.15

Supplier of organic MILK (unpasteurised, non-homogenised). Family owned and operated by Paul,Christine, Mike and Ange Ashton at Lindsay Road, Waipukurau.

Our Farm:
We farm biologically using the PROBITAS SYSTEM, meeting organic standards in an environmentally sustainable way. We do not use antibiotics, hormones, pesticides, fungicides, herbicides, GMO’s, or palm kernel (PKE)

Our Animals:
Cows are pasture fed therefore milk will have high conjugated linoleic acid values and beneficial fatty acid ratios.

We have been breeding with A2A2 bulls and will have a full A2A2 herd in the future.

Our Product:
Milk is bottled without heat treatment and delivered to club members collection point as a whole food. Enzymes and beneficial bacteria are undamaged, alive, active and healthy.

We are passionate about producing the best quality food possible for our children and grandchildren. Quality whole food is the key to a healthy happy body.

We adhere to NZ Food Safety standards and exceed their testing requirements.
