‘Johnny Sausage’ is a NY style bagelry and coffee joint in the morning and pizza and beer stop in the evening.
The day starts off serving hand rolled, boiled NYC-style Bagels, baked in front of café-goers in a 3 ton, 2m wide, stone hearth, steel oven.
Bagels are served with a variety of either sweet or savoury fillings. L’ Affare espresso is offered as is ‘bottomless’ pour-over L’Affare coffee
In the evening hand stretched, authentic pizzas becomes the main focus. Pizzas are sold either whole or by the ‘slab’ for about 6 bucks and are accompanied by 3 Boys beers, and two wines on tap.
