Masa has years of experience in both New Zealand and Japan. He was working as a garden maintenance team leader at Humphreys Landscaping (one of the best company in Auckland!) and is now ready to start his own.

He studied Level 4 Horticulture and got a National Certificate in New Zealand as well as Second-Class landscape gardening work operation and management engineer (2級造園施工管理技士） in Japan.
