Fit for Life gym is based within Remuera village and it set on the back of Intergrated Oesteopaths and Remuera Physiotherapists. We offer boot camp classes tues/thurs am and have 2 class times 6am and 9am. Our clientele love the personalised touch we offer them ie 6 weekly updated programmes complimentary with membership, shower and workout towels are provided for their convenience as well as hair and body wash products. Fit for Life Gym is 24/7 swipe card access. We have a trainer on sight mon-fri 6am-6pm for your questions and any help you need whilst within our facility. Please look us up.
