Feroza … comes from the beautiful continent of Africa 15 years ago. She arrived in Auckland with her husband and 3 children not knowing a thing about living in New Zealand.

Today they have achieved a lot of success combined, of which purchasing their own home was one. Coming with Office and Administration experience, Feroza knew that in order to make friends and learn the city fast, that, she had to push herself out of her comfort zone and search for a career or job that allowed this to happen.

Selling Real Estate was soon discovered and she has not looked back. She has been selling property for close to 10 years now.

Within this time-frame Feroza managed to purchase and run her own business. She also worked in the construction industry where she sold “House and Land Packages” in Takanini - Addison Development where she was one of the very first agents to sell in that sub-division. She also sold “House and Land Packages” in Albany with Developers building Albany Heights Villas. She further went on to sell “House and Land Packages” for Generation Homes in Wattle Cove – South Auckland and did very well. She is now back doing what she loves most and what she has great passion for: Selling Real Estate….
