We love baking and sweet, natural but we don't like too much sweet & artificial.

We're using high quality ingredients, use only the best vanilla, 70% belgian chocolate and topping, We think the decorations on a cake definitely need to delicious so we make to avoid too much sweet (freeze-dried fruits, powders and nuts or fruits coulis & curd), edible flowers and Fresh Flowers. Of course , free-range eggs basic at baking.
