My passion for real estate has been unchanged for the last 30 years and in particular for anything rural in the Central Waikato region, be it bare land, life style blocks or farms. I myself am a couch potato sports fan but to balance that I am a passionate volunteer and supporter of the Maungatautari Ecological Island Trust and make every effort to spend one day a week on the mountain doing whatever work is required at the time. Seeing the ever increasing bird life in our gardens, streets and bush areas around Cambridge, Hamilton and surrounding towns is very rewarding, as is knowing that Tuataras, Giant Weta, Kaka, Kokako, Takahe, Kiwi and many other birds, lizards and insects are now back on Maungatautari which is now a great place to visit.
