Stone Hostel 3.96

Stone is a family run hostel with 50 beds divided into 4, 6 and 8 bed dorms as well as private rooms. Our hostel is named 'Stone', because the Biltstraat road where the hostel is located was one of the first streets in The Netherlands to ever be paved. Also the favorite band of our 'hippy' father is The Rolling Stones.

Stone is in the center of Utrecht. Everything in the old center is in walking distance from the hostel. Utrecht is a very old city with a large university and is known for its numerous bars & restaurants, old canals, parks and museums.

Utrecht is the 4th biggest city in The Netherlands and is located in the middle of our country. There's enough to see and to experience in Utrecht, but if you really want to see other cities, you can reach every other main city easily and quickly ( Amsterdam is just 25 minutes by train).

We chose not to have dorms for more than 8 persons, because we don't like sleeping in such big dorms ourselves. All our dorms have their own shower & toilet (only one doesn't have its own toilet). We have private rooms with shared shower & toilet or with shower & toilet in the room.
There's a nice common room with computers and we have WiFi throughout the building... of course the internet is for free. We also have a kitchen you can use (everything is there) and you can drink coffee and tea as much as you want.
We like to keep our hostel as clean as possible!
