International GSD Conference 2.31

Welcome

On behalf of the Scientific Organizing Committee, the Patient Organizing Committee and the Local Organizing Committee, it is a great pleasure to welcome you in Groningen from 15-17 June 2017 for the 4th International Conference on Glycogen Storage Diseases (IGSD2017). The aim of IGSD2017 is to connect GSD experts and patients, to share ideas and to stimulate international collaboration.

The IGSD2017 will be hosted at the University Medical Center Groningen (UMCG), representing both the academic hospital and the faculty of medical sciences. For several decades, the UMCG has been a place where patient care, teaching, (fundamental and clinical) research and international collaboration have been taken place in the area of GSD. The UMCG is located at the heart of the beautiful historical city of Groningen.
