Innosieve Diagnostics directs towards the development of easy-to-use, micro/nanotechnology-based applications for the detection of micro-organisms, eventually to even omit the use of enrichments. To accomplish this, we have strong expertise in sample preparation, molecular diagnostics and immunological assays, especially for detection of microbial organisms.

To meet the market's demands Innosieve Diagnostics combines and applies micro- and nanotechnology-based innovative tools in close collaboration with universities and applied research Institutes.

The wide range of products can be divided in the following sections:

NUCLEIC ACID EXTRACTION kits
Our efficient nucleic acid extraction kits provide highly pure DNA for subsequent molecular analysis, lke Q-PCR. Our kits rely on magnetic capturing and washing of DNA present in a sample. The kits are well proven for nucleic acid extraction from different food, feed and water samples and are used by accredditated laboratories.

Q-PCR kits
We offer a range of kits that rely on the widely established real-time-PCR technology. Our high quality kits are according with the ISO-20838. They are used by accredited laboratories and offer high reliability in diagnostics. We have kits available for food, feed and water pathogens.

SOLID PHASE FLOW-CYTOMETRY kits
Our kits rely on the very efficient filtration of suspensions to collect organisms on a dedicated microsieve membrane. The organisms are specifically labelled for subsequent detection and highly accurate quantification. This diagnostic principle is also known as the Sieve-ID diagnostic platform.

IMMUNO FLUORESCENCE kits
These kits are specially offered to provide efficient conventional immunofluorescence detection using for example a microscope. Diagnostics is either based on antibodies for traditional labelling or cell staining dyes for viability screening etc. Different IF kits are available for pathogenic microbes present in food and feed stuffs, mammals or water.
