Our department of Human Resource Studies at Tilburg University is still the only academic program of its kind in the Netherlands. Our department takes a balanced approach in studying the exchange relationships between employer and employee at different levels of analysis (individual, team, organizational, and societal level) and both from the perspective of the employer/manager/owner as from the perspective of the employee/individual.
