Fitness concept fit20 opens in WTC Amsterdam

Get in shape in just 20 minutes of exercise per week:

Residents and employees within the Zuidas area no longer have to work-out several times per week at a gym to stay healthy and in shape. fit20 is a 20 minute work-out in which each exercise is performed in slow motion at a high intensity and always under supervision of a personal trainer. This very intense form of exercise has a positive effect on our muscles, our energy level and our overall wellbeing. As the work-out is conducted in an air conditioned studio you will not sweat which means showering and changing outfits is not necessary. After 20 minutes you are ready and on your way to your next business meeting. This way your work-out becomes a part of your weekly work schedule. It doesn’t matter what your fitness level is, anyone will benefit from the fit20 work-out.

How does it work?

fit20 is based on High Intensity Training, or HIT. This HIT method was developed during the seventies in the United States. HIT has been validated by multiple scientific studies at several universities. A fit20 work-out consists of 6 different high intensity exercises which are performed while constantly being supervised by a personal trainer.
