General Heriberto Jara International Airport or Veracruz International Airport is an international airport located at Veracruz, Veracruz, Mexico. It handles national and international air traffic for the city of Veracruz.In 2015, the airport handled 1,249,914 passengers, and 1,315,867 in 2016.Expansion and renovation worksThe airport has been recently renovated and expanded in order to meet the growing demand.
