Japanese Culture Club 2.93

JCC is a recently created club by the students of Japanese. It is basically a club dedicated to the Japanese culture and language. The idea of the club came to us after we realized that there is a big number of students that like us, are interested in the Japanese culture. Like we were given a chance to discover and learn, we wanted to create more opportunities for others as well.we believe that the club will also be a way to spice up university life, because there are no clubs dedicated for the Japanese culture in the whole university and only a limited insufficient number of them in Marrakech.
Our club takes as main objectives to tutor students in Japanese and enlighten them on different aspects of the culture. We also take as an objective nurturing the interest in the customs and way of life as a way to correct some stereotypes people can have regarding the Japanese culture. Moreover, we are also considering hosting cultural events like japan day. In order to reach these objectives, our club offers a number of activities, namely: Japanese language tutoring, drawing, origami that is the art of folding papers, in addition to presentation sessions to introduce japan and its culture.
