Kibitsuhiko jinja, also known as Kibitsuhiko Shrine, is a Japanese Shinto shrine in Okayama, Okayama in the Chūgoku region of the island of Honshu.HistoryThe shrine was built between 1390 and 1402.Kitbitsuhiko jinja was the chief Shinto shrine of Bizen Province. The enshrined kami is Kibitsuhiko-no-mikoto, who was the son of Emperor Korei.The shrine was one of 50 of the lowest ranked, nationally significant shrines (Kokuhei Shōsha).
