We are a small family run guest house/lodge and restaurant and we pride ourselves on offering our guests along with an enjoyable stay, the best local traditional Japanese foods. Each season provides a different kind of local produce including the best apples in Japan as well as wild mountain vegetable in the Spring.

Nagano is also famous for it's high quality rice and natural water, producing some of the finest Japanese rice wine, or Sake as you may know it, and local craft beer, which is very tasty indeed. We try to keep a good stock!
