I started this page because it helps others and myself learn more personal wellness, being present and riding the waves of life with the benefits of doTERRA essential oils.

When I enrolled with doTERRA Essential Oils I quickly learned that there was not a lot of information about these amazing oils in English, in Japan. I am passionate to share everything I am learning with you. I want to connect with new people all over the world and learn what you need, to live a happier healthier lifestyle. I will be posting recipes for oil blends, doing Facebook Live videos, wellness with EO's, giveaways, and so much more. I am excited for 2017 and beyond!

When I use essential oils I prefer to use a carrier oil with most of the oils. I like to use fractionated coconut oil or almond oil because they are both lightweight oils.

There is a lot of misleading information online and a lot of very good information as well. Be sure to connect with me, if you have any questions. I am here to help guide you through learning about these amazing oils.
