No multiple advanced monthly rent pay, no co-signer required, the rent includes: clean beds/bunk beds, beddings, T.V. with rental free movies 1000's to choose from, study space, free internet, showers, microwave available for light meals, close to all the ammenities such as buses, , supermarkets, post offices, drugstores, Night clubs, bars , night life all within 4 minutes walk e.t.c...

We are located right downtown next to Dotonbori canal in Namba in the center of the city, near Amerikamura Shinsaibashi, the night life surroundings.

Shared accommodation for only JY 2.650.00 a night or JY 16.695.00 for 7 days or a flat rate of JY 42.000 a month. The rate of 2.650 per night is based on a 3-night minimim stay. Rates for Fridays , Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays based on 2-night minumum stay it would be JY 2.850.00.
Private rooms are available at JY 3.850.00 per person per night . Breakfast may be availble upon request.
We also have fully furnished with all the ammenities aparthotel style, apartments totally private with full kitchen , shower e.t.c... good for 6 people JY 330.000 per day. Totally nice renewed, clean beds, friendly staff, nice and cozy atmosphere, safe place. Services available: laundry for a fee, internet w/ web cams for video conference, free of charge scannings, copies etc... International phone cards at the best price in town, faxes, "free" cable TV w/ foreign channels, foreign magazines, free local maps, free beddings.

Our facilities offer aparthotel style apartment and dormitories,with 4, 6, and 9 beds per room ( sorry!! no option of choice the number of beds in the dorm when booking as they are assigned on first come , first served basis and at random).
Our dormitories are located within 2 to 4 minutes walk to all the ammenities mentioned above.
