UMESL is a flagship company of the Usha Martin Group of Companies, which was formed in 1997 under the name “Telecable Industries Limited”. The company’s name was changed to Usha Martin Infotech Limited (UMITL) with effect from the year 2000. In 2008 the company shifted its focus from Information Technology to the education with various training centers as Usha Martin Academy offering various degree programs across the eastern region. Recently the company has also ventured into professional education by providing SAP Global Certification programs.
